This dispatch has been issued due to the recent "Wrong of Way" law passed by the Creeptopian government. This law simply states that people (such as hikers and any odd person in general) may not trespass on privately owned property. However we failed to note that large portions of Creeptopia are privately owned which basically, with the passing of this law, cuts down public space by about 38% nationwide. (Some areas, like rural places or homes near factories and farms, have even less space.) Realizing this slashes living quality immensely by essentially forcing people to stay at home all day, a compromise was put forth by our king. It states that if one cannot be within the radius of 100 meters of a house or building on privately owned property, but can be on it outside that range. It also says one cannot loiter longer than 2 hours a day without permission to do so and cannot be on that property after 10 o'clock pm. Also vehicles and weapons are not permitted on private property, and alongside that hunting and racing are illegal on private property as well. (Unless you are its owner of course and have a permit to do any of these.) This law has yet to be passed but people are already speaking positively about it, and it seems to be in the public's favor. Once again it seems to be a beautiful example of our king's ability to compromise, and may save pedestrians and private property owners alike a lot of trouble in the future. This is one of the few major mistakes that have happened since the re-election of government officials into office and most likely the last. It also seems that something good will come out of it.
