Saian-Ainz-harwig establishes a naval PEP between both respected nations.
"...Navy service members of either nation may participate in this voluntary program which allows them to visit naval training institutions, experience new cultures, and create bonds that will improve joint communication in bilateral/multilateral operations. Training/Learning Experiences will differ depending on rank, but officers and enlisted sailors alike can participate in this exciting venture. To participate, service members must pass several language and cultural sensitivity tests in order to qualify. Applications will be reviewed superior officers, who will also make determinations about the length of stay; ranging from two weeks to one month." -
