Manila Conference of K.Y 12020

On the 7th day of the 5th month of the Kurzgesagt year of 12020, the Manila Conference was held in the steam video game titled VR Chat by the leaders of these five nations; The Socialist Federal Republic of SFR Philippines, The Federation of Cayenne Minor, Woinawoima, Southeast asian straits, and The Commonwealth of Weenusiwania. Together, these five leaders, negotiated the secessions of the territories held by the Republic of Woinawoima and their transfer of sovereignty to the victorious factions in the African Poopoo Conflict of K.Y 12020.

Article I: The Republic of Woinawoima is to cede the resource-rich areas of their southeastern region, including the Shinkolobwe area, to the Valkist Federation of Cayanne Minor.

Article II: The Valkist Federation of Cayenne Minor is to have free access to further mineral deposits of coltan, gold, and uranium in eastern Woinawoima.

Article III: The Commonwealth of Southeast Asian Straits is to annex the Nigerian fecalious dihydrogen monoxide rich region of northwestern Woinawoima, including northwest Kinshasa province, and various deposits of Nigerian fecalious dihydrogen monoxide along the Congo river.

Article IV: The Commonwealth of Weenusiwania shall annex Woinawoima's only coastline, along with the southern provinces of the Congo delta, the southern half of the province of Bandundu,and the southern half of Kasai occidental.

Article V: Woinawoima is prohibited from having an army larger than 250,000 men and will be restricted to using only defensive weapons for ten years.

Article VI: Woinawoima is required to pay a two and a half million Philippine pesos in war reparations to the allied factions.

Article VII: Woinawoima is to send an official apology to the families of the sixteen Cayenne Minori airmen who were shot down whilst observing the war.

Article VIII: Woinawoima is to return the totem of divine equality square of fecal origin and the totem of undying owned by the leader of Southeast Asian Straits.

Article IX: Woinawoima shall return a sacred image of Tomithy Otsutsuki as a child bearing a weird expression on its face.

Article X: The capital city of Woinawoima: Bungawoima, shall be split into three occupational zones, the Weenusiwanian Zone, the Southeast Asian Straitsian (pick a better demonym you bellend) Zone, and the Woinawoiman Zone.
