History

During the prosperous reign of Borya Yuri his sole plan was to make the SUR into a military Juggernaut and solidify his International Status and one of his Legislations that still exists is the Yuri Defence Legislation which was made in the wake of 1967 the plan was that the Yuri Forts are constructed on bits of the Coastline of the SUR this is mostly authorised months before the SUR prepares for war this has only been authorised 3 times and 3 times it has been incomplete the project is a lengthy one with it being recalled. Borya Yuri called it "The next step" he planned on taking Russia and as he did construct these forts but after the exile of the SUR he started looking for ways to make his dream work sadly after his death in 1970 his dream died with him.
