Presidential change recommendations for bill 1

Article 1: Congress
Section 1: That Congress will have 10 seats now in congress

Section 2: There must be elections that last for 1 day

Section 3: No one can elect congressman that are not in elections

Section 4: There will be 3 senators and 7 congressmen

Section 5: Congressman will live at Outpost 2 for many reasons like because a region can hold 12 jobs

Article 2: Cabinet and President

Section 1: The Executive branch is in charge of military and civil matters that do not involve changing laws.

Section 2: The President may be impeached if 50% of both the senate and the house vote so.

Article 3: Supreme Court

Section 1: While a justice is holding court they may not be kicked out for minor infractions.

Section 2: The justice is equal to the founder when judging a case.

Article 4: The Foundry

Section 1: If two of the following;the President, the Vice President, and the Sec. of State, give permission the Founder may declare Martial Law which will be effective immediately and the Martial law will last for 5 days maximum after which Congress will give permission to continue the Martial Law for another 5 days maximum.
