OSEAN Resolutions are formal texts outlining decisions voted on by the OSEAN General Conference. Resolutions serve as an supplement to the OSEAN Charter in defining OSEAN policy on a reactive rather than foundational level and are considered to hold the same legal weight as the Charter i.e. Resolutions are binding measures. Each Resolution requires a supermajority of two-thirds of votes within the General Conference in order to be passed. Per Article 2 Section 1.4 of the Charter, all members of the Organisation automatically ratify passed Resolutions regardless of their delegations vote on a particular bill.
All Resolutions below are in-effect throughout OSEAN in perpetua unless repealed by another listed Resolution.

The two OSEAN Non-Aggression Pacts were ratified on the 29th of March 2019 between the Organisation of Strategically and Economically Aligned States and the Pax Havenica & Warsaw Pact alliances respectively. The NAPs were the result of a period of détente pushed forth under the leadership of OSEAN Foreign Minister Luna Tuft1, and the logical conclusion of the Organisation's mandate to seek peace through contract rather than conflict. The signing of the two treaties is considered a watershed moment in OSEAN's international relations, in which OSEAN first gained international recognition as an independent actor equal to already established alliances. Furthermore, the diplomatic groundwork laid by the NAPs has been a major contributing factor in the prevention of a 4th Strangerealian world war as well as the creation of a peace which has held to the present day.

The Charter of the Osean League (henceforth referred to as the Charter; not to be confused with the OSEAN Charter) served as the OL's foundational document and the earliest legal record of the organisation that would eventually become OSEAN. The Charter entered into force on the 13th of July 2018 after being ratified by the 7 founding members of the OL—Antiyard, Deerfenland, the Greater Danish Order, the Hong Kong Empire, Toshavo, Martantaka, and Radicaster.
The Charter is comprised of 3 articles. The first outlines the leadership structure of the alliance, consisting of a Chairman and their Cabinet. The second details the OL's legislative body or Senate. The final article outlines the alliance leadership's order of succession.
