Declaration of the Warzone Control Council

By declaration of the governments of Warzone Sandbox, Warzone Airspace, Warzone Europe, Warzone Africa, and Warzone Asia it is hereby declared that Warzone Australia is lacking a native government, with no legal claims existing on the region. Under a desire for freedom and Warzone Unity, we hereby declare the enactment of a joint administration over the region until such a time as the Warzone is able to secure and rebuild itself.

1. The World Assembly Delegate of Warzone Australia is the Governor of Warzone Australia, who is appointed by the prior Governor, with the consent of the Warzone Control Council. The First World Assembly Delegate is Crion Sapol.

2. The Warzone Control Council is comprised up of one member from each of the Sovereign and Independent Warzone Governments that have signed. In the event of a new Government coming to power -- in any form -- in a member region, the membership of that government is suspended until confirmed by remaining members of the Warzone Control Council -- with or without stipulations. This process is to occur by simple majority vote.

3. The Warzone Control Council has all authority related to the operation of the region, and decides all matters by unanimous decision, unless otherwise stated within this Declaration, or by enactment by the Warzone Control Council.

4. Each Warzone Government has the right to independently appoint and send their represntative however they chose.

5. The Governor of Warzone Australia is granted authority to act in areas that the Warzone Control Council has not done so, or has explicitly left to the Governor of Warzone Australia.

6. This is to come into effect upon publication of this declaration.

7. The Warzone Control Council will return authority to a local native government once formed and deemed to be suitably stable.
