What is the East Pacific?

The East Pacific is one of the Feeder regions of NationStates- a place where new nations spawn! We're prmarily a roleplay-focused region, with active regional message board roleplay and forum roleplay communities! We also have a large government with a fully-fledged Executive and Legislative branches, where both residents and citizens work together to improve the region. In general, we're a pretty active region and are open to new relations if you're willing.

Awesome! How do I open relations?

In order to ensure that our embassy relations are of mutual benefit and good quality, the East Pacific follows a consulate system. In this system, interested regions like you have to apply for a consulate. Upon acceptance, you will be given a thread within our forums and a place within our foreign affairs discord to coordinate relations.

As a general guideline, we wish for applying regions to have around 15 World Assembly nations- but this is not a strict requirement. If you have less than 15 WA nations, feel free to apply and reach out to us to discuss the situation!

A consulate is cool and all, but what about an embassy?

Thought you'd never ask!

After having a consulate for around a month or two, your region can apply for an embassy here! You'll notice that requirements are stricter than for a consulate; we value our embassy regions and only make embassies with regions we believe will hold fruitful relations with us.

Should your application be accepted, a Regional Officer will send you an embassy request in-game! The East Pacific will also look to cooperating more with you in the future. Yay! \o/
