How we test happiness

Happiness was the feeling when we found the nation. We test it by first having smart detecting camera's in testing lab's for happiness. The camera's record and take pictures of their face expression then decides if it is fake or real. If fake then either failed the test or take it again for $45. If fail 5 times in your life then you will be banned for certain things for 10 days for trying to exploit the system. If real we for ourselfs look at it very closely to make sure.Then if that is real then we will give it a rating of 0/10.Every citizen has to take this test once a year. Don't take it then you will be banned from certain things and stay until you decide to take the test.If not for 5 years you will be in a prison brawl with people looking at you fight to the death unless you are a visitor that just wants to.
