First let me introduce myself. I am Marcus Antonius and here is my wife, Cleopatra!

Well that's all the songs. I hope you have enjoyed them as much as we have. It really is going to be very difficult to choose ten of the songs to award points to, let alone which will receive higher points. I shall now hand you back to Terry for the results.

Terry: Thank you Marcus. I have to agree it's going to be tough voting for this competition. But somebody has to be a winner, so we can invade their capitol for the next competition. Lol

But first they must qualify for the Final.

Just to let the audience understand what is now happening. Due to the great support for TNPV XV, under the advisement of TNPV administration, we have had to organise a semi-final.
The Semi-final is conducted as follows.

The 28 participating nations are split into two equal groups of 14 nations, Group A and Group B. Only nations within that group can vote for each other, i.e. a nation in Group A can only vote for others nations in Group A. As usual a nation cannot vote for it's own song and just to add some spice only 6 nations with the highest numbers of votes awarded, will qualify for the Final.

So with no further ado.
