Edits §8. Elections as a whole:

§8. Elections

1. Campaigning for any elected position may start at any time before the election.
2. Campaigns cannot be declared after elections have started unless no candidate is running.
3. Prime Ministerial elections will be held on the 1st day of January, April, July, and October.
4. The Baloominati is the only legal party in Callista, and no other parties can be registered. All members wishing to run for the elections must be a member of the Baloominati.
5. The Baloominati will put forward at least 1 candidate in the Prime Ministerial elections.
i. If there is only 1 candidate, that person automatically becomes the Prime Minister. If there are multiple candidates, the election commences.
ii. If there are only 2 candidates, the candidate with the most votes becomes the Prime Minister and the other candidate automatically becomes their L. Prime Minister. If there are 3 or more candidates: the candidate with the most votes becomes the Prime Minister and the second round of voting is held. The candidate with the most votes in the second round becomes the L. Prime Minister.
6. Head Justice elections shall take place a week after the Ministerial elections (the 8th day of January, April, July, and October).
7. The Baloominati will put forward at least 1 candidate in the Judicial elections.
i. If there is only 1 candidate, that person automatically becomes the Head Justice. If there are multiple candidates, the election commences, and the candidate with the most amount of votes is instated as Head Justice.
8. People with their main nation in a foreign region cannot run for PM or LPM.
