SFHF S.36 Drake
The SFHF S.36 Drake is a carrier-borne, twin-engine, all-weather, strategic bomber developed for the Holy Imperial Air Force and Navy. It was the result of a program meant to not only replace the previous SFHF S.34 but also provide an airborne nuclear delivery system for the HIN. It eventually evolved into a multitude of roles, including SIGINT and AEW&C.
Along with the A-3 Skywarrior, the S.36 Drake is one of the heaviest aircraft ever launched off a carrier, as well as one of the few to be able to carry large nuclear payloads. It is also one of a handful of strategic bombers left in operation.
Prototype variants of the S.36. 8 Prototypes built, of which 2 are still used for modernization testing.
First production variant of the S.36.
