The Eternal Tunes: Performed by Elmere the Merchant

Inspired by and written as a complementary sequel for The Eternal Tunes: Performed by Xalvador the Bard by Unified protectors for The Eternal Order.

Greetings, those of the Eternal Realm!

Welcome to my ship, the very same legendary ship of Elmere the Merchant! Come aboard and enjoy some of the finest and rarest goods, foods, spices, and music from all the realms of this world. I have been in search of the best the world has to offer, a small sample of which is presented equally on this vessel. I was born in a realm not far from here, the realm of Gold, where I was able to obtain riches to construct the mighty ship you see before you. I hired a crew of the best, and we sail still to this day half a decade later.

I have traveled the world, from pier to pier, meeting the people of the world and learning their cultures. I have been to places many only dream of! It is my mission to not only provide the world with exotic goods from every corner of every realm, but to spread the wonders of it's music to all!

Gather around, and listen to the music of the 7 realms, O Knights of the Eternal, for every day I will present to thee music of a foreign realm...

Volume 1

February 20, 1195

After a long journey to the realm of the Unknown, I had found myself docked upon a pier surrounded by thick fog. There was no sign of life at first, as I feared that the pier was abandoned. In need of a fresh supply of rations for my crew, we set off to the land to come across a small town about half a league from the pier.

Upon entering the town's bar, we were greeted with exotic music, as the residents were ecstatic to receive visitors for the first time in many moons.

With many an encore and merry dancing, the celebration went on for the entire night:

Fresh on rations, morale, and joined by three pirate ships of the Unknown, our fleet ventured into the borders past the Unknown, into the realm of the Rejected. Upon arriving, the natives warned us not to venture farther out to sea, where no one had ever returned. The Rejected was a realm little heard of, a mere myth in the realm I grew up in. You all, O knights, are familiar with that tale. Exiles and criminals seek out the realm of the Rejected to start a new life, and here we were, seeing it with our own eyes!

Our next selection comes from the Palace of the Rejected, presented to us by the Queen's orchestra itself in honor of their heroic warrior of old:
LinkNaruto - Main Theme (DJ AG Remix)

Our third selection was presented to us by the locals as we made our way to the town, full of unknown instruments from a distant realm that sounded spectacular:
LinkGeoplex - Exogenesis

Setting sail once more, we ventured past the Rejected, despite the warnings of the natives, into the Forbidden realm at the edge of the world. What we were greeted with was unsettling. We heard music playing from nowhere, an orchestra of phantoms or the very sea itself...

Our fourth selection, a mysterious song of the sea:
LinkDa Da Dum - The Kith & Dave Nazza

It was then that I had realized the danger we were in, on the borders of the underworld, where Sirens were calling to us to fall off the edge of the world:

Distraught, many of us did not escape with our lives. Half the crew was lost, dragged off the corner of the earth. Perhaps the most disturbing fact of this realm was that these poor souls were taken willingly. A few of us managed to escape, and I vowed to never return so long as I lived. I will never forget the chilling cold of the water, but the blazing heat of the edge.

A year later, we had finally made it to a realm not far from this fair Eternal realm, the realm of Gold, where I had my upbringing. Yes, the same realm where the grand city of Auralia once stood. In its ruins there remained a village town, where we stayed at a local inn and tavern for a week to recover from our voyage.

For our sixth selection, we pay tribute to the Auralian Knights, knights not unlike our own, where the blacksmiths were preparing weapons for battle, with a familiar form of music:

Our crew had become more diverse as time went on. Now united on the vessel you see before you today, we were accompanied by knights of the realm of Gold, remaining pirates from the Unknown, and a Bard from the palace of Rejected, whose name was Xalvador, from this very Eternal realm.

Off we went to the Southern realm, where we were met with upbeat and fancy modern music. I present to thee the seventh selection:
LinkPeggy Suave - Tellin' & Posin'

Our eighth selection, and my personal favorite from the realms thus far, was one presented to us by Xalvador himself alongside the natives, from his journey to the realm many years ago:
LinkCharlie Puth - Betty Boop (_Blan Kato remix)

February 25, 1195

Our final realm was the Northern realm, full of sights and wonder. Cold though it was, we pushed on into the mountains, passing wildlife that many of us had never seen before. One of my crew claimed to have seen a dragon for a fleeting moment, but alas it was nowhere to be found. We entered the grand city of Balder on the mountain side.

On a beautiful night, we were met with astounding music played to the spectacular view of the Northern lights, and shooting stars:

And for our grand finale, I present to you a song from the shores of the Northern realm, using a unique instrument I purchased from the natives:
LinkInvincible - Deaf Kev (Sountec Edit)

And with that, my crew and I must be off once more. But fear not! I will be back! Though I cannot say when, perhaps on my next visit, I will play for the King and the High Council itself! I am now in search of something else once more, something only considered to be a legend and a myth...
