Glenn Weaver was born on August 7th 1989 in Blackwall, Chestershire district, United States of Dictators. He grew up in a middle class family. His father was an immigration officer and his mother was an housewife
Education
He enrolled in Blackwall Elementary School and St Greggory High School, He graduated college from Chestershire District College, He decided to move to Wilmington in order to pursue University, he enrolled in Abbdons University in Wilmington. He graduated with a degree in Political Science.
After Graduation, He moved back to Blackwall, and ran for the 2008 Chestershire District Senate, in which he lost. He then ran for District Commissioner for Chestershire District, which he won barely by receiving 50% of the votes. Most people say that he was a bad district commissioner, in 2010 he was accused of embezzling funds from the district government and charity organizations which worked with the government. The Chestershire District Government held a referendum on 7th May 2010 on whether to recall Glenn Weaver as district commissioner, 95% of all district senators and representatives voted referendum while only 5% voted against.
Glenn Weaver had refused to step down as DC, saying that the election was a fraud and that all his accusations were false. The district government tried to remove him from power but could not. The central government had to step in when the Vice President of the United States of dictators revoked Glenn Weavers District Commissioner incumbency, meaning that by law, he had no power over the district or government. He was barred from entering government offices and was kicked out of Blackwall by locals, He then moved to Wilmington.
When he arrived in Wilmington, he started to transition to a life of crime, he reported stole over 110 cars and sold them, and made a total of $300,000 from it. He was reported to have kidnapped and killed various people. He then joined a organization, who had reported to be Anti-Government, and had a personal hatred for Dictatorisians, the main ethnic group in the United States of Dictators.
The organization which was called Anarchist Paradise was a terrorist organization that had carried out attacks against the Government of the United States of dictators and the populace, Its members were all listed in the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI)'s most wanted list.
Events of 12/7
On 12th July 2012, tragedy struck Wilmington when 4 hijacked planes had crashed into Wilmington's CBD and central government offices, the first hijacked plane hit Watford, a compact area with lots of skyscrapers. The second plane hit the eastern side of the Parliament of the United States of dictators, which was also the Senate chamber. The third plane hit the Defense HQ. The fourth plane was on track to hit the President's Palace but due to resistance from the public the plane hit a suburb outside Wilmington.
An immediate investigation and rescue mission was launched, around 4,500 people, including military servicemen lost their lives that day. The President addressed the nation and assured that the criminals will pay for their actions. The NBI launched a massive investigation into the organization Anarchist Paradise. And worked closely with district and local government for information.
On 14 April 2022, Glenn Weaver was caught in a warehouse in a Ldoari, by members of the USDSF, who killed him on spot and buried his remains in the ocean.
