All ACN member states include: Great Libertona, Monrodesia, Gonigsberg, Avesonas, Mercene, Utsukushima, Hadanao, Ozen supremacists, Aeothycal, Stopiang, Burcistan, Unicross, Xinan Guo Yuan, Dvagorod, Dushkaria, and Alka Hydrangea.

The requisite conditions are five in number: to be admitted to membership in the Association of Common Nations, an applicant must (1) be a State; (2) be located in Poschomenia; (3) participate in the resolution voting commence; (4) be able to carry out these obligations; and (5) be willing to do so.

Note, that residents who resided in Poschomenia for months or weeks, and do contribute to the region, may automatically be ACN members. Cease-to-exist nations will also be ejected from the organisation.

The Association of Common Nations (ACN) is a regional intergovernmental organisation whose principal mission is to maintain laws for Poschomenia. It was founded by Great Libertona, Monrodesia, Avesonas, and Gonigsberg. The founding nations were also the founders of the Magna Quattuor Entente (formerly, the Isotoxal League), these founding nations ended up taking the role of the General Secretary Council. The ACN was preceded by the United Poschomenian Nations, which was merely a forum for Poschomenian nations.

Purposes of the Organisation

The Association of Common Nations operates through a hybrid system of supranational and intergovernmental decision-making, that would provide regional laws to grant and protect every national government and to compromise incompatible relationships. The organisation is also responsible for conducting regional trade policies and creating internal decisions that would bring balance to the world market. Their main priority is to preserve neutrality and peace or prosperity.

Internal Policies

The Association of Common Nations is accustomed and signatory to the Climate Treaty, Foreign Aid Subsidy Treaty, Neutrality Movement Accords, and the International Wartime Law. Today the organisation is discussing regional order by its founding members. All regional members can participate in voting on their legislative proposals.

Body of the ACN

The ACN has five principal organs: the Peace Assembly; the Poschomenian Economic Council; the International Consular Committee; the Outer Space Secretariat; the Multinational Global Security. The ACN includes a multitude of specialized agencies, funds, and programmes such as the Poschomenian Monetary Funds (PMF), the Poschomenian Health Organisation (PHO), and the Poschomenian Educational, and Cultural Organisation (PECO). Additionally, non-governmental organisations may be granted consultative status with Poschomenian Economic Council (PEC) and other agencies to participate in other ACN institutions to address situations needing programs, changes, or preserving the status quo.

The ACN also funds the creation of a think tank and academic arm of the organisation, which is the Association of Common Nations University, or ACN University, an institution for diplomacy and international affairs. The ACN University also became one of the leading roles in gathering and researching information, on social issues. The university is currently located in Kyohino, Utsukushima.

The International Justice Court of the Association of Common Nations is located in Dresburg, Gonigsberg, and is the Judiciary Branch of the Association of Common Nations, having to evaluate war criminals in court proceedings and establish communications or discussions with nations involved in geopolitical disputes.

The ACN's chief administrative officer is the Director-General, currently Gonigsberg politician and diplomat Reinhard von Falkenstadt. The organisation is financed by assessed and voluntary contributions from its member states. The ACN, its officers, and its agencies have won many Poschomenian Peace Prizes, though other evaluations of its effectiveness have been mixed. Some commentators believe the organisation to be an important force for peace and human development, while others have called it ineffective or a financial waste.

Founding

The new international organisation was formulated and negotiated among the delegations from the Magna Quattuor Entente at the Tobinilona Birch Conference from April XXXX in Monrodesia. The four nations of Magna Quattuor Entente (mainly, Great Libertona, Monrodesia, Avesonas, and Gonigsberg) agreed on proposals for the aims, structure, and functioning of the new international organisation. It took the conference at Ater-Yullen, plus further negotiations with Villiangrande (Avesonas) before all the issues were resolved.

The Oneirian Conference followed on 29th April XXXX at which Libertonian Chief-Executive Brandon Amulius and Monrodesian Prime Minister Wellington Liu laid out this vision in a more detailed form in the Oneirian Charter. At the subsequent meeting of the Inter-Allied Council in Tobinilona (Monrodesia) on 15th May XXXX, the local governments of Poschomenia, unanimously adopted adherence to the common principles of policy set forth by Monrodesia and Great Libertona.

They're of course nations who have not followed policies, as they simply favor their own laws that would support their interests or nations who have not followed the resolution, though it is least of concern for the ACN body. Regardless, the organisation proved geopolitical importance as they were able to implement or suggest projects, that could change history forever.

Conflicts

Though the ACN's primary mandate was peacekeeping, the division between the left and right nations often confused the organisation, generally allowing it to intervene only in conflicts that were proven to be a threat to strategic economic areas. Such as the Peace Assembly resolution on 10th July XXXX authorizing an Avesonas-led coalition to repel the violet drug lord acts of its sea route, passed in the signing of the Anti-Piracy Agreement on 3 August XXXX.

World Assembly

As the purpose of Association of Common Nations (ACN) is to strive for control in favor of and to kin the Poschomenian nations. Its organisation is aware of an outside international organisation, namely, the World Assembly. The region's role in the World Assembly is by establishing compromisation in every passed resolution, to adjust the extremity by reducing it to a moderate level that is accepted by all political sides. The elected Delegate for the World Assembly is a Libertonian politician, Patricia Yukimura, due to her significant role in resolutions and political experience. She will abide by the WA law, but in some exceptions, in favor of non-WA nations.

Aware of their bias against authoritarian nations, will of course need investigation, in order to prevent or delay their proposed resolution that will affect our regional member's interests. This resulted in the region's neutrality being more protected.

The principal organs of the ACN, established by the first charter, the Oneirian Conference, in order to adjust the main functions and roles of the organisation, each organ serves particular roles for geopolitics.

• The Peace Assembly is charged with ensuring international peace and security, recommending the admission of new ACN members to the General Assembly, and approving any changes to the ACN Charter.

  Its powers include establishing peacekeeping operations, enacting international sanctions, and authorizing military action. The Peace Assembly is the only ACN body with the authority to suspend regional member states.

• The Poschomenian Economic Council serves as the main deliberative, policy-making, and representative organ of the ACN.

  It mainly functions as the executive board for addressing or resolving geopolitical issues, and the main principal organ to address global governments' performance and resolving geopolitical, including human rights, and international issues.

• The International Consular Committee was established to help ensure that trust territories were administered in the best interests of their inhabitants and of international peace and security. They also serve as the main organ of communication.

• The Outer Space Secretariat is the most recent and created for the purpose of establishing international policies in space, in order to reduce space debris, outer space garbage issues, concerns of the planet's well being, and regulates advanced outer space technologies.

• The Multinational Global Security is created for the purpose of resolving climate changes, catastrophic events, mass pandemics, natural disasters, global tensions, and potential otherworldly calamity.

  Formed as the main executive board for international security, which similarly acts as the Peace Assembly, although does not serve as for resolving national conflicts, that is proven to be non-threatening for the majority of countries.
