Checking Imports & Exports(for Rarts)

Rarts are small, yellow, quite stupid creatures. They have been found in several countries, however, even more do not want to have rarts become a daily part of life.

Due to this, all international deliveries are scanned for stowaway rarts. Purposefully hiding a rart in a package going out of North Keyton is punishable by 2 years in prison.

Imports are not scanned for rarts, as North Keyton doesn't have very tight rules on them. However, it has been noted that packages going to the countries of Jan Visi, Mesonita, or Kingsbridge and Yorkston, as well as Keyton and Leyland(Avalon doesn't import or export) are just given a quick scan, because those countries also have loose rules on rarts.

Packages going via the Inter-Union Mail Delivery(The Potato Union's international mail service, between the union's nations) are either scanned at the IMD facility in Greypark, or for the Fast Delivery option, scanned at the facility they go to when they arrive.
