my thealogy

I and the Father are one.”Jesus is God therefore he gave the law to Moses on mount sini

as a Christian or messianic gentile, I was taught the 10 commandments continue to be binding on Christians today. Christians debate how much the old testament is binding but Jesus said "“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. Matthew 5;17

Jesus spoke harshly against religious hypocrisy and showed love to people who needed it the most such as women, sinners, and tax collectors. Jesus' message wasn't of that of government or of politics, but of pure spiritual matters. He very much rebuked the elders for their manmade traditions yet gave great reverence to the law during his reign he rebuked the hypocrisy and misrule from the the religious leaders .The Hebrews allowed the law to become their god while neglecting true spirituality, compassion, and reverence for the rest of the sacred scripture. After Jesus defeated death through his resurrection his followers were to spread the good news of salvation to all people Jews and gentiles alike. I was forever taught the spiritual and moral laws forever stay the same . Then new testament goes much farther than the old testament preaching love and focusing on inward spirituality.

Christians debate how much the old testament is binding today and as an 11-year-old who read the scripture while being taught the bible through my homeschool curriculum. I knew that the sacrificial system was fulfilled through the coming of christ and the May civil laws change. while growing up me and my family saw Tattooing as sin,but if not a direct sin it still shouldn't be done. In revelations, it describes the mark of the beast the 666 the more acceptance of tattooing the more likely people will be deceived as the

end of times are nearing. So Christian should stand against tattooing .

In somewhat recent events I've heard that heresy that Jesus taught us not to follow the old testament ways and the sabbath isn't binding anymore. In fact, God doesn't even want us to follow the old ways.

My interpretation is Christians should keep the sabbath, but the early church gentiles probably couldn't keep the sabbath because many of the early Christians in the roman empire were slaves and poor people who didn't get the luxury to rest on the 7th day.

Then he asked them, “If one of you has a child or an ox that falls into a well on the Sabbath day, will you not immediately pull it out?” Luke 14:5

In the Bible Jesus respected Sabbath so Christians should keep the sabbath.

Darnilia I'm sure believes I'm a Judaizer for keeping the sabbath day and having my nation follow the Torah "the Jewish bible" my twin brother believes I and the messianic Jews are Judaizers.

My twin brother believes God gave up on the Jews and replaced his covenant with the gentiles and has said things that is borderline anti-Semitic. My twin brother believes in just doing away with the old testament. I believe what paul meant in his letters was don't fight over which day of worship to celebrate and don't force cultural assimilation on others such as circumcision. Christianity is a religion that strives on being inconclusive when ethics should be the only thing that stands in the way of one other culture.

Yet despite the gentiles showing sometimes disfavor to the Jewish religion or its ideals and practices, the Torah became the cornerstone of western civilization. WHile the sabath was changed to Sunday reflecting Jesus's resurrection gentile Christians throughout the centuries revered and respected the 7th day.

much of the pagan practices forbidden in the hebrew bible could be used to stop Christians who struggle in a nation with paganism and otherworldliness Issues

“I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. “I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.” (John 17:11, 14–15.)

the old testament is harder to understand yet it displays the need for a savior and God's hope for humanity when someone reads it. People fell in sin because they didn't follow God's law revealed to them. christian kings throughout history often modeled them after the old testament Godley king of Judah and read the Torah (The first 5 books of the Old Testament) as a law book.
