THE INTERCONTINENTAL UNION OF SOCIALIST NATIONS (IUSN)

On December 18, 2022, in the common interest of forming a strong economic and political union, while promoting peace and security within all member states.

Hereby,

1. Establishes a Intercontinental Union Free Trade Area.
2. Establishes Freedom of Civilian travel without VISA requirements.
3. Ensure the security and stability of IUSN states during times of natural disaster.
4. Establishes a IUSN Space Agency
5. Establishes a IUSN Trade Committee to ensure the safety and security of imported trade from none IUSN states. to negotiate, formate, trade deals to non-IUSN States. And to comply with non-IUSN trade with IUSN and domestic regulations.
6. Establishes a IUSN Shared Intelligence Committee, “The 3 Eyes.”
7. Establishes a IUSN Health Committee for medical professionals to share and work on projects for the interests of IUSN States.
8. Establishes a IUSN Science Committee for IUSN scientists to share and work on projects for the interest of IUSN States.
9. Establishes a IUSN Cultural Heritage Protection Committee. To provide reports and maintenance on culturally important sites within the respected member nations.
10. Defines “IUSN Citizen” as a demonym for citizens of IUSN States.
11. IUSN’s official languages are, Saianese, Russian, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Norcrian, Pamian.

General Rights of the Members States and Representatives
Representatives are defined as an official standing or acting delegated authority from a constituting government in which they represent.

• IUSN Laws are voluntary and shall not infringe on a IUSN Member State’s sovereignty.
• IUSN laws and regulations shall be democratically voted on by IUSN representatives and IUSN member states may opt-out of implementing laws and regulations if they oppose a majority passed proposal(s).
• IUSN Representatives may vote, FOR, AGAINST, and or ABSTAIN form any purposed bill upon the IUSN Grand Assembly.
