Saianese Mega Projects/Important Areas

The Trưng Citadel (Thành lũy Trưng/ Ce Трунг Цитадель)

Located near the town of Mường Lay, Điện Biên Province in the Northwest region of Vietnamese SSR.
The Trung Citadel (named after the Trung sisters) is Saian's first "Green City" mega project.
Ground broke on January 1, 2016, and was completed on April 24, 2023.
Currently, it is staffed by 50,000 employees and their families from the Saian's Ministry of Science and Technology.

The Trung Citadel is now the nation's leading environmental science and marine biology research hub in the efforts to centralize the nation's research capabilities in these formerly underfunded fields of science.

Employees and their families have the option to utilize solar-powered/electric scooters, bicycles, and or public underground trams to their desired location.
Only emergency responders, government officials, and military personnel are authorized to utilize conventional modes of transportation to assist their daily duties within the green city.

The Trung Citadel is purposely designed and built in a way that typifies traditional Saianese palatial architecture, with an emphasis on articulation and bilateral symmetry to signify balance and respect for its natural surrounding.

Consisting of 9,850 buildings it can easily house as many as 95,000 people, and covers an area of more than 75 million square feet (720,000 square meters).

Phoenix Village (Làng Phượng Hoàng/Феникс Лентор)

The Saianese conglomerate, New Eden Corporation said it will transform a 175-acre site of a former airplane factory in Vietnam into a “prototype city of the future” where it can test autonomous vehicles, innovative street design, smart home technology, robotics, and new mobility products on a population of real people who would live there full-time.

The site, which is located on the outskirt of the Saigon metropolitan area will be designed by famed Saianese architect Ngô Thủy Mai.
It will house up to 2,000 people, including New Eden employees and their families, and it will be powered by the company’s hydrogen fuel cell technology.

New Eden Corporation is calling the site “Phoenix Village,” a reference to a radical and revolutionary restart of how to design a smart city. By mixing three main different types of streets or pathways, each for a specific type of user. One street would be for faster vehicles only. The second would be a mix of lower-speed personal mobility vehicles, like bikes and scooters, as well as pedestrians. And the third would be a park-like promenade for pedestrians only. “These three street types connect together to form an organic grid pattern to help accelerate the testing of autonomy,” the company says.

Construction on Phase 1 is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2024 with its initial residents of 360 people.
Subsequently, preparations will be made for the start of some initial trials in 2025.

The Greater Bay Area Development Project (大灣區發展項目/Рōвēгрие Рāенион Дембле Провалáи)

Guangzhou (one of the 11 cities)

The Greater Bay Area (or GBA) is a Saianese government project to connect 11 cities in the Saianese southern sea state of Guangdong.
The cities of Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Macau plus another seven supporting cities in mainland Chinese SSR, into a single economic and business hub.

The GBA project is one of the most notable developments in the global economic playing field. It can be better understood as part of a push to make Saian a technological powerhouse. It brings together the factory of the world (Guangzhou), Saian's Silicon Valley (Shenzhen), one of the world’s main financial centers (Hong Kong), the ‘Las Vegas of Asia’ (Macau) and a hinterland of various industrial cities, all within a short distance of each other, to create a megalopolis of 86 million people.

The connection with the other key elements of Saian's strategy for the coming decades, with the Made in Saian 2025, and Saian Standards 2035.

Forest Town (森林小鎮/Гyēсин Лентор)

Being home to leading aerospace and technological engineering research for the USSR, Singaporean SSR Promises 152,000 new homes across five residential districts, the green smart city of "Forest Town".

Located in the island's western region, it will be the 24th new settlement built by the Saianese's government to cater to the housing demands of the rapidly growling population of Singapore. The residential areas in Forest Town will be divided into 5 districts, each with a unique character. The districts are Plantation District, Garden District, Park District, Brickland District, and Forest Hill District. Natural and vegetation themes will feature strongly in the planning and design of the districts, as part of Saian’s green plans to weave nature into homes.

Forest Town is set to complete construction by June 2, 2023.

Sky City (เมืองฟ้า/Жēдар Октион)

The space will make up the entirety of Bangkok's newest district "One Bangkok."
Sky City Bangkok will provide extensive residential, hotel, retail, office, and public space for an estimated 60,000 people once the district is complete on May 1, 2023, after breaking ground on March 21, 2017.

Bangkok is one of the world’s most dynamic, energetic cities, with an exceptionally vibrant street life.
Our vision for One Bangkok seeks to capture that energy, extending the vitality of the city's streets through the district and then upward, weaving green, outdoor spaces into the fabric of the towers as they rise." said Bangkok Governor Chanthara Kunakorn.

Daocheng Solar Radio Telescope (DSRT) DSRT 2025 Initiative (五百米口径球面射电望远镜/Небеса Лaэзиi)

The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope (五百米口径球面射电望远镜), nicknamed Tianyan (天眼, lit. "Sky's/Heaven's Eye"), is a radio telescope located in the Dawodang depression (大窝凼洼地), a natural basin in Pingtang County, Guizhou, southwest Chinese SSR. The DSRT has a 500 m (1,600 ft) diameter dish constructed in a natural depression in the landscape. It is the world's largest filled-aperture radio telescope.

Constructed on 3 July 2016, the renovation and integration plan, "DSRT 2025 Initiative" strives to upgrade existing infrastructure and integrate the radio telescope into the newly formed Saian Aerospace Exploration Agency (SAEA) (MAY 1, 2023), formerly known as the State Space Corporation SOSCOSMOS.
