How did the New Oracle come into existence? It originated from the collective dissatisfaction of several nations within a region with their current laws. These nations came together to establish a new haven tailored to their specific needs, with the aim of ushering in a fresh era of hope and prosperity. Barrenroads, the visionary founder and alternative nation of Speranzist, conceived this region as a realization of their dreams, a sanctuary where roleplay and community could flourish.
RP BACKSTORY
In the tumultuous days of the past, a cataclysmic conflict had engulfed the globe. The major powers of the world clashed in a relentless struggle, where nations battled until they either succumbed to anarchy or crumbled into desolation. The fires of war raged unchecked, consuming everything in their path. It was a relentless storm of destruction that seemed as though it would never abate.
But then, as suddenly as it had begun, the war came to a halt. Both sides found themselves drained of resources, their once-mighty armies reduced to ashes and rubble. The world stood on the precipice of annihilation, teetering on the brink of an abyss from which there seemed to be no escape.
And then, like a shadowy curtain descending upon the stage of history, came the Great Collapse. Slowly, almost imperceptibly, nations began to fade away, vanishing into the annals of time. They left behind enigmatic traces, mysterious relics, and unanswered questions that haunted the minds of those who remained.
Yet, from the ashes of this unparalleled catastrophe, a new world emerged. A world where diplomacy and cooperation took precedence over the drums of war. The scars of the past served as a somber reminder of the consequences of unchecked aggression, inspiring a collective commitment to peace and unity.
This reimagined world embraced modernity and welcomed the wonders of futuristic technology with open arms. The marvels of innovation and progress began to shape the future, promising untold possibilities and untamed potential.
Now, in this brave new era, There still lies danger, for a new world means new wars and events....
This region starts off where we left at EoGB and new nations can choose what lore they want, Remember this is the modern era.

RMB etiquette
1. Be respectful to everyone including embassies. Debates are allowed but keep it formal.
You will be warned if you break this rule.
2. Swearing is not allowed, only exceptions are if the majority letters are censored.
3. Racism or spreading hateful propaganda may cause an immediate ejection.
4. Do not have 4 consecutive messages in a row, It will be considered as spam. Hopping from one region to another is included.
Suppressant of posts will be made if broken or ejection/ban.
5. Members with 3 warnings can be taken to judgement and members with 5 warnings can be issued an ejection or ban vote.
6. Before sending links, State what it is, If links are used for malicious intentions, You will be banned and reported to the NS moderators.
If it is malicious, it will be an instant ban/ejection.
7. Background checks will be made to see if you have broken any of these laws in another region.
The council will decide if you can have a chance depending on the severity.
8. English will be the standard language of the region.
Roleplay Rules
1. Follow the RMB etiquette.
2.Have detailed information when in a war or when colonising.
3. NS stats are compulsary for Scientific Advancement, Defensive Forces, Economy, weaponisation. This is because God-modding is illegal and to prevent it from happening.
4. You are only allowed 3 Alt nations. Their purpose should be stated and if needed to be on map, the amount should be around the size of Bulgaria. We will run checks to see if a nation is an alt for not and if caught the alt will be banned for breaking this rule. This includes trying to speak in NSNO from embassies.
5. If your text takes up the entire page then use a spoiler.
6. Using N-zi flags on your nation is not allowed as it is against Nationstates rules.
1.When declaring war a Justification of at least one sentence must be made.
2.Only nations on the official map and in region can participate in War RP.
3.Turns must be taken.
eg: Attacker, Defender, Attacker and so on.
4.The Invasion protocol for land is:
[4A]First contact (small area that the enemy deployed troops in)
[4B]Village/Town (foriegn forces attack or occupy them)
[4C]Medium area (includes multiple towns or one city)
[4D]Large area (multiple cities)
[4E]Huge area (half of a province)
[4F]Province (could also be a multiple counties or a state)
[4G]Massive land(Province and small bits of an area captured)
[4H]Enormous Land (multiple provinces)
[4I]WarWinner (more land than the losing nation)
[4J]End(Treaty signing or creating a puppet after gaining near all land or other nation surrenders)

Neutral Nations cannot be attacked other nations.
Neutral Nations cannot attack other nations.
Neutral nations can only send the following Aid during War Time:
Medical Supplies
Food
Water
Clothing
Temporary Shelters
Other Humanitarian Aid
Neutral Nation must not do the following, or they will violate their Neutrality:
Send Military Aid (Guns, Vehicles, Ammo, Personnel) to nations that are at war.
Allow belligerents to cross their territory
Allow belligerents to Dock in their Ports for longer than 24 hours
Acting Hostile and provoking nations in the RMB. Providing an option on a topic/situation/war/event is fine, but acting hostile is not.
Must not join any regional alliances.
It will be up to an RP Officer or Region Leader/Co-leader to decide whether a Neutral Nation has broken their Neutrality.
If a Neutral Nation Breaks their Neutrality they must deal with the consequences
Do not mention extreme war crimes like R*pe and S*xual abuse.
