This Report will consist of three things, the population statistics of the region, the activity of the government and a recruitment poster.

In comparison to the 1st of November 2022, when there 580 nations, we have a deficit of 257 nations. This results in a percentage of -44.3% population growth since last year.
In comparison to our peak of 1084 nations on december 6th, we have a deficit of 768 nations. This results in a percentage of -70,2% population growth.
In comparison to last month, we have gained another active recruiter! Please thank the great nation of 
Ciapore for consistently recruiting along with our dear 
Socialist Platypus.
We have stopped the population decline of CK as of right now but the website is still losing users as a whole. I ask all of you to please consider recruiting so that our region may capitalise on new members coming in to grow our community, nourish it and extend our friendships!

The Prime Minister (Myself) has been keeping the peace even better than last period and has only had to dish out one warning on-site! A spam warning. Don't spam kids. It's bad for your health of both you, your fellow CK'rs and the RMB.
No solution has been found to reduce the number of events other than active policing and reminding people of the rules.
Side-note: Thank you members of the RMB for upholding the infamous Double Posting Rules! It makes my job a whole lot easier.
The poster that the PM had created (and which is included in this report) has potentially beared fruit. CK received one more active recruiter, pushing the amount of recruiters to two. A 100% increase compared to the last few months.
The last Minister of Domestic Affairs,
The Celtics resigned on the 21st of November due to inactivity. This was prompted by the PM after a longer period of activity showed by the sitting MoDA. He has since been replaced by Boratstans. We wish Boratstansgood luck on her smaller-than-usual term and hope she can deliver great events, QoTD's and great insight into government discussions!Since the start of the month, there have been 13 Questions of the Day, covered by both The Celtics and Boratstans, using a well-known and now officially recognised as the baseline for QotD's, the duo pair of "General" questions which ask personal things to the owner of the nation and Roleplay questions which seek to enhance worldbuilding and stir up conversation. This results in 26 total questions asked and gives us 83% total coverage of daily activity.
Side-note: 11 of these QotD's were asked by Boratstans.
The new MoDA started an event on the 22nd of which promotes the usage of IIwiki. The event was a competition that lasted one week and would see participants submit IIwiki pages in one of seven categories listed here:
1. Best geography-related iiwiki page
2. Best language-related iiwiki page
3. Best culture-related iiwiki page
4. Best idol/important person-related iiwiki page
5. Most characters in a iiwiki page (meaningful page)
6. Most iiwiki pages with above ~6000 characters
7. Best iiwiki page/Most worked out iiwiki page
The winner (yet to be determined) will receive Conch Cookies, good vibes and would seek to expand the CK IIwiki pages!
The great MoDA Boratstans also worked with the PM to find out a new surveyor due to the disinterest that 
Grachevia showed in running for a senior-minister position. As such, the runner-up for the position of PM Patoliareplaced Grachevia in the surveyor role.

The RP moderators of Conch Kingdom have been working hard this month aswell, with another compliment to the Cartographer for consistently posting map updates. Four map updates this month have been recorded on time and have all seen changes to the map. The Cartographer
Liberto-Ancapistanalso considered opening up the map to further edits and changes due to sheer boredom and willingness to update the map.The other RP Moderator Daraln has been silently monitoring the CK RP channels. They have not had to report anything special.

The surveyor position had a new face this month as
Patoliareplaced Grachevia on the 24th of November! We wish them good luck in their new position and hope they can deliver good polls and good insight into government discussions!There have been two polls in total this month.
The first showed the five least visited countries on their respective continents, posing a question with it. The question asked which country CKers would rather visit out of these five. The majority of voters chose Tuvalu which won the poll with 18 out of 45 votes.

The MoFA has been quite busy this month in their duties, they've been searching for ambassadors constantly and have been keeping up with quite a lot of embassies, 34 in total!
The MoFA has been checking out a lot of regions this month, to close embassies, open embassies and reject embassy requests. A grand total of three embassy requests were denied due to not fitting the embassy policy set-up by a previous MoFA.
One embassy was closed due to fascist affiliations, namely South Pacific.
Two new embassies were opened with Taloniaand Magna Aurea!

Our dear WAD has been cooperating with other regions to make CK look amazing in the greater NSPHERE and has actively participated in government discussions on election security with the PM.
