Official Communicate from the MFF (Montelian Football Federation)

Today, the 5th of December, we, the Federation's Council, have finally decided to open Montelian Professional Football League, known as Alpha Liga, Liga A or A League, to external markets and competitions.

Therefore, we solely end the fromal application of the 372/2020 Ordonnance on Sports, and allow every professional player, club, entity, or a 3rd person representing them, to freely enter and leave the country, and to sign new contracts (except publicitarian contracts, until new actualisation of the Sports Law (those pub. contracts made BEFORE the Ordonnance are, however, still licit) , in the limits of the law.

Due to the consequences that have derivated from the 372/2020 Ordonnance, the 2024 Alpha Liga edition will be played on a special format, featuring only 12 teams. Participation in international competitions is still to discuss and, if given the case, the conditions will be said after confirmation.

Those are the 12 teams that will participate in the 2024 Alpha Liga edition, in the last edition results' order:
