The Eleventh of April Constitution of TRR

The Constitution of The Rejected Realms, circa April 2024 (PROPOSAL)

On the Powers of the Delegate

1a: the Delegate shall be given full authority to appoint and dismiss Regional Officers at will, unless the following circumstances are to happen.

1b: After the dismissal of an Officer, a poll will be established, allowing for citizens to voice their opinions on the Officer’s tenure. If they have an approval rating of 50 or more votes, then the decision to dismiss shall be repealed.

1c: After 2 months of an appointed Officer’s tenure, an approval poll will be pushed out, and the Officer can continue their work if 25 votes are in favor of their rule. If not, their position will be revoked in favor of an Officer voted on by the current ROs.

2a: The Delegate may amend the Constitution, if the Amendment reaches a 2/3 majority with the Officers, and a vote of 50 or more citizens in favor of an Amendment, via poll.

2b: The original script of the Constitution may never be changed, any Amendments or updates will be added to a seperate box below the original outlines of Wonseon’s April 11th Constitution.

Members of Honor

1a: A Member of Honor shall be described as “a nation who has made great contributions to the Rejected Realms, and has, by extension, been granted the privilege of having a special status and say in local politics.

1b: If a Member of Honor has been declared as “disgraced” by the Delegate, a poll may be held in regards to their impeachment. If there are 50 votes in favor of impeachment, the Member of Honor may be officially declared as impeached and disgraced.

1c: Delegates will be made Members of Honor immediately after their tenure has ended. By extension, Toerana and Wonseon shall be declared Members of Honor for large contributions to the written law of the region.

2a: If a Member of Honor has CTEd, and has remained that way for one month, they will be revoked of their status and replaced at the end of the year, by someone hand-chosen by the Delegate.

2b: The requirements for someone who the Delegate wishes to appoint are that they must have a population exceeding 1.5 Billion, they must have posted more than 50 pages worth of posts on the RMB, and they must be a citizen of the region. They may not be a sitting RO, or the Sitting Delegate.

Election of the Delegate

1a: The Delegate, with all of the powers outlined in the prior section, has a very important role in TRR Politics, and, therefore, must be chosen very carefully. Every 6 months, the Delegate Elections shall be held. One month prior to the official election, the Members of Honor shall vote on 5 candidates to present for the public to vote on. From those candidates, the public may vote via poll.

1b: Once a Delegate is elected, the former Delegate shall have no powers over the region until the elected Delegate garners the endorsements needed to surpass them. During this period, the Elected Delegate shall be appointed as an RO, serving as a de-facto leader until their endorsement count reaches the required number.

2: The Members of Honor, as mentioned earlier, nominate 5 candidates for the public to vote on, but there are requirements. The same requirements for Delegate apply to the rules laid out on “Members of Honor Rule 2b”, as well as the added requirement of not having any position in any other region, and not being an alt.

3: If the Incumbent Delegate reaches a 2/3 approval rate from the sitting ROs, as well as having 50 positive votes from the citizens, they shall be elected for another 6 months. After two terms, they cannot run again.

Suppression and RMB Guidelines

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, IT IS NOT NEARLY DONE.
