Freedom of Marriage
[size=150]Preamble[/size] A resolution to define the allowance and recognition of marriage in Damanucus, including marriages conducted outside of Damanucus. [size=150]Legality of Marriage[/size] [list=1] [*]Any two people above the age of majority, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, may be married by any party able to officiate the union of marriage, specifically: [list] [*]any religious institution recognized by the state and the diocese in which they reside [*]any marriage celebrant recognized by the state[/list] [*]Any person between the age of consent and age of majority seeking to enter into marriage can only do so with the express, uncoerced permission of their parent or guardian. [*]Any marriage conducted within national borders that does not meet the aforementioned conditions may be annulled by the state. [/list] [size=150]Legality of Divorce[/size] [list=1][*]Any marriage conducted within state borders may be annulled by the state.[/list] [size=150]Recognition of International Marriage[/size] [i](As constituted by GAR#200 Foreign Marriage Recognition)[/i] [list=1] [*]Any marriage conducted outside of Damanucus shall be recognized as legal provided they are recognized as legal within the state in which they were conducted. [*]Any marriage conducted outside of Damanucus shall not be subject to annulment by the state unless it violates the above conditions regarding marriage.[/list]
