Founded by a ruling multi-species council, this organization/nation was founded to protect all forms of sentient life, who's rights were trampled by totalitarian or other similar oppressive powers.

-Watermelons of America, a strange, fruit-themed nation ruled by a fruit-themed moe cyborg. It is located entirely within the region, so it's territory technically stands in between worlds. Close associate of the Metaversal Asylum. The nation's leader, VannANR, has very good relations with the Council of Enigmas, and has been granted an 'honorary' member status.
