Great Monarchy Act |Special Status|

Preamble
This document lists the status of The Great Monarchical Nations (The GMN) members that due to the later granted status as a "Great Monarchy", will become more involved on the decision-making of the region and the possibility to run for government positions.

Application for Great Monarchy

As our internal security must be meticulous, there are several processes and requirements to be under a Great Monarchy whose benefits will be to enjoy greater freedoms and the exclusivity of adding this title to your regional status. Several phases are carried out in which you must approve or fail, but ultimately you must pass a confidence vote by a great majority of the officers.

The request can be carried out through a private message to the officials or by anouncing your intentions through the regional chat (RMB).

Phase I

1.1.- The stay is an important factor to get the Great Monarchy status, the minimum time in the region for an application to be made is at least 1 month. There may be special cases for nations that declared an advanced regional valued career from the past.
1.2.- Your nation must have an established monarchical styled government in power.
1.3.- It is mandatory to prove yourself as a valued member who has contributed somehow to the well-being and improvement of the region.

Phase II

2.1.- If you are from another region, it will be taken into account that and a series of questions will be asked.
2.2.- It is mandatory to specify which nation/s you dominate in The GMN or in other regions.
2.3.- Declare any important detail in which the region may be affected, in addition to possible existing relationships with other regions.

Approval or Denial

If you have been approved, Congratulations! Now you are part of the "Great Monarchical Family"! To be able to stay in this group you have to read what are your responsibilities to keep this status.

If you have been rejected, you can apply again for citizenship within 1 month after requesting the first opportunity.

Rights of Great Monarchies

1.- You are free to establish your form of government in your nation as long as the established government is monarchical (Absolute, Constitutional, Hybrid), as the region is totally foreign to the events that in your nation go by.
2.- As a user and recognizing the existence of several nations, you will have the free right to belong to the region even with several nations under your control recognizing them under your puppetry, but nevertheless, those nations that are discovered operating under orders from another regions will be punished.
3.- In case of being accused by the members or the authorities of the region, you can request a defense and be judged by a designated competent authority.
4.- As a Great Monarchy of the region, you have the exclusive right to apply for the positions available to run the region, regardless of the time or your record, as long as you take into account the necessary requirements to fill that position.
5.- You must be respected by the authorities and by all the members of this region, if you suffer from any type of internal or external threat you have the right to be heard.

Responsibilities of Great Monarchies

1.- It is mandatory to declare all present and future puppet nations in the region, with the objective of avoiding diplomatic incidents and as a regional security measure. Those who do not respect this rule will be immediately judged and punished.
2.- As a Great Monarchy of the region, you must protect and support everything that has been written and approved by regional officers to guarantee its development, security and prosperity.
3.- You must respect and be tolerant to all nations that are present in the region.
4.- In cases in which the region is the target of an assault, you must defend the Royal Family when it becomes evident, and when a call is made by the regional officers, you must attend the calls.

Honorary Great Monarchy

The regional founder of the region, Estonul, being the master and essence of The GMN, will have the permanent title of "Honorary Great Monarchy", which includes the same rights and responsibilities as the other Great Monarchies.

The regional long shapers nations of The Sovereign Marquisate of Pinicada, Severolslavia and The Australian Monarchist Empire of Conservativealia should also hold the status of "Honorary Great Monarchies" as per accordance with the Imperial Decree 1/2024 of the 12th of November 2024.
