Vote FOR Security Council Resolution Repeal: "Condemn The Black Hawks"
Resolution Analysis
Overview
This proposal seeks to repeal SC#52, "Condemn The Black Hawks". The reasoning given for the repeal given is a combination of poor resolution quality and the fact that items specified in the resolution are not typically worthy of condemnation.
Recommendation
This repeal will ensure that the Security Council's standards of resolution quality are maintained, something which this archaic piece fails to do. Indeed, many resolutions even from that time had higher quality, as is pointed out aptly in the repeal's body. Additionally, it will ensure that condemnation remains only for those who deserve it the most, given that this resolution hardly demonstrates any real harm done by The Black Hawks.
Furthermore, The North Pacific is obligated to recommend a vote for this proposal in line with the 
Modern Gameplay Compact Sanctions on The Black Hawks for their griefing of our ally in Europe.
For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the SC proposal at vote, "Repeal: 'Condemn The Black Hawks'".
