Residents and Citizens of the North Pacific,

Over the past month, the NPA has been deployed in The Wellspring to provide regional security and aid its transition into stronghold following the passage of SC#515. The Wellspring's community has been built since the NPA first visited its tranquil gardens and peaceful hills, now a thriving democracy and close ally. With The Wellspring’s future now secure, I would like to commend all soldiers who participated in this operation for their discipline and patience on this long operation.
