[b]Overview[/b]

This repeal targets GA#116, "Nuclear Waste Safety Act", taking issue with a loophole which prevents many WA nations from importing even non-nuclear waste, and pointing out that it's overall not a useful resolution in light of new legislation that covers some of its scope.

[b]Recommendation[/b]

This resolution points out a flaw in the target which cripples international waste disposal networks. This is not a mere minor oversight, it is something that hampers sustainability and proper waste disposal internationally. Additionally, as was deftly pointed out, the resolution's purview is covered by newer legislation otherwise.

For this reason, we recommend a vote [b]FOR[/b] Repeal: "Nuclear Waste Safety Act".
