Operation Basileus makes an defensive nuclear bomb system against foreing invadors if nessesary and will be targeting: another nuclear bases,strategic places that cannot be bombed by normal Carpet Bombing should be nuked the nukes will be stored in secret places that can reach potentional treaths also will nuke cities if nessesary but thats not a priority if basileus goes into agressive mode
