A journalist, who's identity remains anonymous, has reportedly fled from Kolkanstan, after she revealed details about an alleged classified government progam in which newborn babies would have inhibitor chips implanted into their brain, so that they would be completely loyal to the Kolkanstan government, when they would come of age. It's believed that journalist who exposed this information is now on the run, due to fear of being killed by the Kolkanstan government.
