Prudism Law's repealed.
Lady Molotov repeals "Prudism Laws."
Alexis Amados |November 5th
Earlier today in a narrow vote, the prudism laws were repealed by Congress in a historically close vote. The bill which was originally proposed to Congress by Lady Molotov would repeal the Prudism Act and dissolve the Modesty Task Force. It passed the congress in a narrow margin.
House of Reps:52% in favor, 48% against
Senate: 51% in favor, 49% against
The bill was quickly signed into law by Lady Molotov who proclaimed this as a "Historic moment for Ammmericaaaa and a massive win for civil rights."
Numerous civil rights organizations were quick to commend the law with Emily Patterson, the head of the nonprofit organization "EmpowerHER Network." stated "This is a win for women and men everywhere." Celebrations took place in all major cities.
However, the far-right condemned the repeal of the prudism laws. Critics argue that the repeal undermines traditional values and societal norms. "This decision is a step backward for our community," said a spokesperson for the conservative coalition. "We believe that modesty and decorum are essential for maintaining public order and moral standards."
Othanian Governor George Lincoln, who was recently barred from Othain State Senate meetings after a derogatory speech towards female senators condemned the laws stating that "Liberal Fascism is taking over Ammmericaaaa."
This was widely condemned by state and national officials with calls for the governor to resign rising. Currently the governor is in court for 5 counts of corruption.
The repeal of the laws was one of the first phases of the Molotovian Administration's plan to improve the civil right of the nation's citizens.

Finally, a step towards personal freedom! It's about time we moved past these outdated laws.
This repeal is a disgrace! We're losing our moral compass. What's next, complete chaos?
Great news! Everyone should have the right to choose how they present themselves without government interference.
Aw @jonathanmarmarson, were your itty bitty teeny weeny sexist misogynist feelings hurt?
