Basic Rights
Right of EqualityAll citizens of Halvons are guaranteed equal rights, regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or political beliefs. Discrimination in any form is illegal.
No government official or entity shall possess the right to hold private ownership or accumulate wealth; all economic resources shall be owned collectively by the people.
Right of Expression and Assembly
Citizens have the right to express their opinions freely, in speech, print, and peaceful assembly, as long as such expression does not undermine the peace or violate the rights of others.
Right to Education and Healthcare
Every citizen has the right to meaningful work, with fair compensation and job security. The state shall provide universal social welfare, ensuring that no citizen suffers from poverty or need.
Right to Religion and Secular Governance
While all religions are respected, Halvons shall maintain a strict separation of church and state, ensuring that laws and governance are based on secular principles.
