The council of 9 herby impeaches President Calvin Smith on the following. breaking oath to the consitution, illegally disolving elected offices, becoming a dictator.

Vote passes 9-0

The council of 9 herby proposes that William Jordan Valor become acting president

The Proposition passes 6-3

(The following happened the morning of November 10th, 2024. After President Smith dissolved all elected offices locally and federally. The new president will be assigned to rewrite a new consitution with checks and balances against this. He will serve until october 4th 2028. Unless impeached, removed or until after amended change)
