Executive Order #01 (Law)

Article 1 || The Punishment Change
1.00 || This order is to reduce the punishment for crimes that would be placed as bannable offenses.
1.01 || The following serious crimes will have their punishments reduced:
1.01a || Spying on the union
1.01b || Stealing from the royal residence
1.01c || Burglary
1.01d || Gambling under 18
1.01e || Imitating a royal
1.02 || The crimes listed in 1.01a to 1.01e will no longer be bannable offenses. Instead, the highest punishment will be the removal of all titles and positions, including citizenship.
1.02a || If the process happens three times to an offender, they shall be ejected and banned.
1.02b || This is to ensure that the union slows its decline.

Article 2 || Schedule
2.00 || This Executive Order is to come into force under the will of Emperor Carlisle I and thus shall be signed into law.

As it is written, so shall it be enforced.
