[b]Article 1 || The Punishment Change[/b]
[b]1.00 ||[/b] This order is to reduce the punishment for crimes that would be placed as bannable offenses.
[b]1.01 ||[/b] The following serious crimes will have their punishments reduced:
[b]1.01a ||[/b] Spying on the union
[b]1.01b ||[/b] Stealing from the royal residence
[b]1.01c ||[/b] Burglary
[b]1.01d ||[/b] Gambling under 18
[b]1.01e ||[/b] Imitating a royal
[b]1.02 ||[/b] The crimes listed in 1.01a to 1.01e will no longer be bannable offenses. Instead, the highest punishment will be the removal of all titles and positions, including citizenship.
[b]1.02a ||[/b] If the process happens three times to an offender, they shall be ejected and banned.
[b]1.02b ||[/b] This is to ensure that the union slows its decline.

[b]Article 2 || Schedule[/b]
[b]2.00 ||[/b] This Executive Order is to come into force under the will of Emperor Carlisle I and thus shall be signed into law.

[b]As it is written, so shall it be enforced.[/b]
