Executive Order #02 (Law)

Article 1 || Regional Moderation Team
1.00 || This order will focus on founding and maintaining The Walbard Union's moderation standards and improve the efficiently; justify of enforcing regional law.
1.01 || This team will be responsible for:
1.01a || The union's Discord Server.
1.01b || The union's NationStates region.
1.01c || All vassals and ambassadors.
1.02 || The team shall enforce regional law within reason, give out punishments (warning or ban) according to what the monarch feels is justified for the crime committed, ensuring that the region runs smoothly and enforcing immigration.
1.02a || The only time the team should enforce immigration is when the Secretary of State for Home Affairs is on a Leave of Absence or there is none.
1.02b || If a moderator wants to give out a punishment for any justified reason, they just need the monarch's approval or the monarch's wife/husband.
1.03 || The team must keep eye out for any suspicious behaviour or anything that's unusual.
1.04 || The team needs to be able to moderate in all territories that the union control.

Article 2 || Senior Moderation Team
2.00 || This is to make clear who makes up the Regional Moderation Team.
2.01 || The following below is who's in the Regional Moderation Team:
2.01a || Head of Regional Moderation Team - Empress Katherine
2.01b || Head of Foreign Territories and Ambassadors Moderation - Prince Jaktoko
2.01b || NS Moderators - Taztec Confederacy & Toxinoto
2.01b || Discord Moderator - To be appointed

Article 3 || Schedule
3.00 || This Executive Order is to come into force under the will of Emperor Carlisle I and thus shall be signed into law.

As it is written, so shall it be enforced.
