Executive Order #03 (Law)

Article 1 ||Powers
1.00 || This order is to give the head of government more control over its Electoral Bodies.
1.00a || Electoral Bodies in this order means the Imperial Senate and Imperial Assembly.
1.01 || Once into law the Lord Chancellor shall receive the following powers:
1.01a || Being able to prorogation the Imperial Senate indefinitely with a valued reason.
1.01b || To revoke any Senator's title if they become inactive or fail to carry out their duties.
1.01c || The forementioned Senator's title shall be incorporated into the Assembly's title.
1.02 || All Senators shall be restored/remain in the Assembly if the senate is in prorogation or their title gets revoked.
1.03 || The Imperial Assembly will commit to a weekly member check, which requires all members of the assembly to state their presence to the speaker.
1.03a || Their Assembly's title shall be revoked if they fail to state their presence twice in a row.
1.03b || If you fail to state your presence to the speaker, a reasoning why is necessary.

Article 2 || Schedule
2.00 || This Executive Order is to come into force under the will of Emperor Carlisle I and thus shall be signed into law.

As it is written, so shall it be enforced.
