The Weirdotopia-Weirdos Are Cool Nation Infancy Act

In order to protect Weirdos Are Cool from young nations that are potentially raiders, the Government of said region enforced an act on 11/24/2024 that prevented nations under the population limit of 12 million from entering the region.

However, this act aims to harbor aspiring nations wanting to join Weirdos Are Cool, but are not populated enough.

Enacts the following:

All nations wishing to enter Weirdos Are Cool but are not populated enough will receive a telegram notifying them of this act.
They will stay in Weirdotopia, where they will be welcomed, until they pass the 12 million line. These nations will not receive
a pass into Weirdos Are Cool until they pass the population limit.

Prohibits nations under 12 million people from joining Weirdos Are Cool.

Allows for nations in Weirdotopia to request a citizenship.
