Rights of Nations
I. All nations are equal, and sovereign; regardless of their geography, demographics, influence, and population.
II. All nations that are members of the United Nations of Aceon, are granted a single vote; not more, and not less.
III. All nations reserve the right to declare war, form alliances, become signatory to treaty, or treaties, and/or represent themselves.
IV. All nations reserve the right to treat their citizens by their own accords, and are not limited to acts of; genocide, indoctrination, assimilation, and/or education.
V. All nations reserve the right to purchase and sell territory with other nations, for something of equal or greater value; whether it be of monetary value, trade benefits, and/or territory.
VI. All nations reserve the right to fabricate claims on foreign territory or sovereignty, whether it be over resources, demographics, etc.
VII. All nations are entitled to be represented in the United Nations of Aceon's assembly, and are permitted to appoint an envoy on their behalf.
VIII. All international treaties, pacts, alliances, and/or trade agreements require the consent of every party signatory involved; for any treaty to be valid and recognized as legitimate.
IX. All nations reserve the right to form economic unions, monetary unions, and customs unions with other nations, that if which will be recognized under a legally binding treaty that outlines its functions, and purpose.
X. All nations reserve the right to rebel/revolutionize against the regional government, in the event that the regional government abuses or neglects the Rights of Nations, and the Charter of the United Nations of Aceon. Ministers of any position with the regional government that are deemed a threat to the region of the whole, can be removed by the majority will of the nations of Aceon.
XI. All nations reserve the right to apply additional rights to the Rights of Nations, with the approval of the majority.
XII. All residents, including their representatives, are reserved the right to free speech; all opinions, expressions, statements, etc. can not be suppressed by the regional government, including its ministers, and officials.
