Map Changes, Anyone? - Office of the Cartography Minister

I made an RMB post, but it got buried so I’m doing this instead. TL;DR is the current map needs an overhaul, and for that to happen the Cartography Office will need input from our community to ensure the changes stick!
Here is the long version:
If enough people agree to do it, I can redo the map entirely, with more people's input, and better planning than what was previously done.
This will require:
1. TELEGRAMS, NOT RMB POSTS from participating nations about what they want the map to be like, and their nation's geography, climate, size, and any other ideas- this means good amounts of detail.
2. A region-wide poll on whether to do a redesign in the first place.
3. Publicity, as for the map to be successful, it will need to be made known to players in the region.
4. Time- I'll need time for people to respond, and time to write the guides, and most importantly time to actually cobble the map together.
This fourth point makes the whole process contingent on people's responses actually arriving, which hinges on point #3's success.

This option is ambitious, but I believe we could end up with a much more active community and much higher involvement!
