The Anti-AI Regional Entente (OoC)

You may be familiar with the Anti AI Pledge Register; this is in a very similar vein to that. While the register is for nations swearing they will forgo using AI on NationStates, the entente is for regions to swear they will use their available tools and powers to fight AI directly.
For application, only region executives may make the decision to join. Though you should feel free to demand your regional government make the commitment outlined in this paper.
Executives should talk among eachother before applying.

Now, here is the pledge itself.

I, on behalf of and for the betterment of my region,
do solemnly swear to use my powers to curb AI influence and contribution to the best of my ability.
Acknowledging now, that AI does not belong on NationStates, and that its use here should be discouraged.
My responsibilities by joining entail punishing nations within my region who have utilized AI, to whichever degree I or my region deem fitting.

To apply, just submit an application to Anti Corruption. Although you're welcome to put whatever you like, we only need something like:

What this Pledge Means

This pledge is not a demand for 100% success in the fight against ai. Nor is it a checklist that every region must follow to the letter. Instead, signatories are declaring that they will investigate their region's policies, practices, and culture to figure out how to best do their part in the struggle against AI.

Signatories acknowledge that the fight against AI is a crucial one, and that their fellow signatories may take drastic and imperfect measures to make ground in this fight.
