Operation Rising Dusk

After months of researching the background of potentials, the government of Christian Constantinople has designated a select group of 3000 individuals.

These people have been deemed to have the right skills needed for survival in a tropical climate. Skills include construction, first aid, devotion to Christianity and farming.

The plan for them is to establish a colony on the African island of Madagascar, which will be used as a naval base that will Christian Constantinople access to the Indian Ocean.

Each colonist will be able to take their spouse and children. All will be transported by 30 troop carriers leaving from Constantinople to arrive in Madagascar in two weeks.
