[b]Description:[/b] The District of Capulus is the second largest of the districts. It offers a lush countryside. It is also home to Port ____, home of the 2nd Fleet, as well as a major shipping lane for trade with Adfrana.

[b]Description:[/b] Located in the cold North, Irsatus is mostly mountainous with massive forests.
