SRF Instrument of Surrender
1. The Armed Forces of Silver rainbow fumes, henceforth known as 'SRF', are to immediately and without question surrender unconditionally to the forces of Merala,The Ebony Republic, Unfallious and Baldeluna, henceforth known as the 'Allies'. Armed forces are defined as the land, sea and air units operated by the government of SRF. 2. The government of SRF are to immediately and without question order all military units to cease active operations. No ship, vehicle or aircraft is to be scuttled nor shall any equipment be damaged in any way. All ships shall be brought to port on the Eastern coast of Australia. 3. The government of SRF are to immediately and without question issue orders to the appropriate commanders and to ensure that any orders issued by Allied forces be followed. 4. The Armed Forces of SRF, as previously defined, are to ensure that no damage is done to infrastructure as well as any city, town or port within the territory known as 'Australia' by their own forces. 5. In the event that the government of SRF and any forces under their control fail to act in accordance with these terms of surrender punitive action will be taken by the Allied forces as deemed appropriate.
1. The government of SRF are to no longer be recognised as the legitimate government of the territory known as 'Australia' and are to recognise the government of Merala as the legitimate ruling body of 'Australia'. All SRF military and governmental assets are to be removed from the territory.
2. The military of SRF, defined as the airforce, navy and army, are to be capped at the following sizes:
Army: No more than 30 million troups.
Navy: No more than 2 fleets. Each fleet may only contain 80 ships maximum. No submarines.
Airforce: No more than 4,000 aircraft. No military transports capable of transporting over 200 troops.
3. The government of SRF are deemed unworthy of the right to declare war and, as such, have had this right temporarily revoked. The government of SRF cannot declare war on another nation for a period of 5 years. The military of SRF are to be used in a defensive fashion only and not to intimidate, blockade or otherwise cause distress to other nations.
4. After the expiration of term 3 SRF may declare war on another nation but must give a valid reason for doing so.
5. The Armed Forces of SRF may not take part in military exercises with any nation for a period of no less than 2 years.
6. SRF must EITHER assign a co-leader to the INTERNATIONAL EMPIRE, henceforth known as IE, OR disband the alliance altogether. The co-leader must handle all military operations within IE. For emphasis, SRF is NOT to be allowed control over any military forces within IE.
