The Constitution of Grand New Earth

We the Nations of Grand New Earth (GNE), in order to provide for the general security of Nations' rights, to prevent the cause of The Secession of Xedinous of 2769 and The Departure of Otaku Hikomor of 2770, to ensure the efficiency of an international system of regional governance, to increase the understanding of differences between Nations' interests, to address the grievances of any GNE Nation towards another, to promote organization of GNE's interests and achieve said interests, to better international and interregional relations, establish this Constitution of Grand New Earth.

Article One:

Powers of the WA Delegate

Section One: The World Assembly Delegate (WA Delegate) is to be the elected representative of GNE in the World Assembly (WA) and interregional embassies.

Section Two: While representing GNE in the WA, the WA Delegate's duty is to approve of well-written WA proposals that work within WA Members of GNE's interests; however, the WA Delegate may approve of any WA proposal that works with the WA Delegate's interests.

Section Three: In the interregional embassies of GNE, the WA Delegate's duty is to promote better interregional relations between GNE and the other region.

Section Four: The WA Delegate is to be elected by the Nations of GNE on the twelfth day of every month. Any candidate for the WA Delegacy may not run for more than two consecutive terms.

Article Two:

Powers of the Founder, the Ministers, and the United Earth Council Chairperson

Section One: The Founder, the Ministers of Propaganda and Design, and the United Earth Council Chairperson are to share the powers not granted to the WA Delegate.

Section Two: The powers of the Founder, Tri-sovereign socialist republic, are border control and appointment of officers.

Section Three: The Minister of Propaganda has the power to handle polls and communications.

Section Four: The Minister of Design has the power to handle Factbook updates/additions and changing the flag. (Changing the flag is not advised)

Section Five: The United Earth Council Chairperson has the power to propose for, accept proposals for, and cancel embassies between GNE and another region.

Article Three:

Rights of Nations

Section One: All Nations within the GNE may not be restricted access in the voting process for delegates, either minister, and/or the United Earth Council Chairperson, regardless of circumstance.*

Section Two: All National Diplomats of any Nation within the GNE have full freedoms of speech upon the Board; all Board messages must hold up to the standardized test of "don't be an ass, alright?"

Section Three: Any member Nation of GNE may not be inhibited from running for any Minister/Chairperson position(s).

Section Four: A poll will be taken to dictate the fate of a Nation that has been considered for ejection/banishment. Consideration for ejection/banishment will be defined as the Founder, Minister of Propaganda, or both receiving at least two telegrams proposing the action of ejection/banishment. The Founder or WA Delegate will first give the target Nation a formal warning to cease any potentially malicious activities.

Article Four:

Amending this Constitution

Section One: Proposals for Amendments to this Constitution shall be sent via telegram to the Founder or the Minister of Propaganda in blue text.

Section Two: Once the Founder or the Minister of Propaganda has received a proposal to amend this Constitution, a poll will be created and the Nations of GNE will vote in agreement or disagreement with the proposal. Nations may use the Board to debate any proposal.

Article Five:

Ratification of this Constitution

Today on October 22, 2774 C.E. in the city of New Toronto, Xedinous, We the Nations of GNE ratify this Constitution of Grand New Earth, and We shall name ourselves here:

Amendments:

I. All Nations within the GNE may not be restricted access in the voting process for delegates, either minister, and/or the United Earth Council Chairperson, regardless of circumstance; however, if the Nation is disruptive, it cannot vote for its banishment, with the exception of the second amendment's statement.** *

*Amendment I ratification date: February 29th, 2776 C.E.

II. If any nation is considered troublesome, the Founder or Minister of Propaganda requires two(2) telegrams from affected individuals. The Founder or Delegate will then given a formal warning or reprimand including but not limited to, revoking of position, or any votes they have becoming null. If offences continue, the above said nations' (Founder or Minister of Propaganda) must be sent telegrams again and a poll will be opened for vote on their ejection and/or banishment from the realm.**
