We have captured the colors of the Black Riders!

Shortly following the refounding of Warhammer 40000, the infamous Black Riders attempted a raid before delegate was stripped of executive authority. The new and active founder quickly restored damages from a reserve factbook on file, took away the delegate's power, and ejected any raiders that wouldn't leave on their own.

The flag left behind by the raiders was displayed upside down, with the Aquila triumphantly placed on top of it. The above memorial was erected on the factbook, and enabled the region to watch and cheer as each of the raiders ceased to exist. Now the Black Riders as a whole are no more, and the memorial has been preserved here to make way for current events.
