Puppet States

Member States:
Any nation entering the Region automatically becomes a Member State. The Minister of Foreign Affairs is ever alert in monitoring nations entering into the Region. New Member States are encouraged to endorse the Prime Minister.
However, Member States must be independent and in no way bound to any other Member State. Puppet states, proxies, or states of any kind controlled by a living person outside of Nation States who already controls a Member State are allowed but are ineligible to become a Member State—these states must be declared publicly and may speak through the Regional Message Board but are prohibited from voting in polls and elections. Any Member State attempting to enroll a non-declared controlled state into the Region will be subject to the Council of Ministers review and possible withdrawal of the Region's recognition.
All Member States, as members of the Senate, are eligible for nomination and election to any position during an election.
