Constitution of Kerbin [KERBIN SYSTEM]

While in the past we have often struggled one against another over land, the time has come to end that, and to decide for once, and for all eternity, where the borders between our six great nations shall lie. A map has been drawn up by our greatest cartographers, and all the signing nations agree to respect these borders. Nations shall have the right to set their own capital, at the location they wish within their nation. All international disagreements are to be settled democratically, at the future KA Assembly Headquarters.
This Agreement Hereby:

Declares all borders to be where they appear on the map.

Creates the Kerbin Assembly, whose headquarters will have their location decided democratically.

Defines any land not allocated to any country, as well as all water more than five kilometers from the shore as international waters unless said water is a lake surrounded by a single nation. Any craft in international waters or the airspace above it abides by the laws of the nation where it is licensed.

Affirms the right of nations to make any legislation within their nation provided it does not violate international law.

Creates a KA committee, The Kerbin Historical Society, headed by honored author C. S. Kerman, to record the events both on and off Kerbin from this day forward.
