The King's Table and Government

1. The High King, the head of the King's Table; the supreme council of the Ebenezer as the custodian of the Constitution, has the power to grant regional pardons and reprieves, and to convene and adjourn either or both houses of Congress under extraordinary circumstances. Also dictates the occupant of the Chancellor Office, as well as dismissed from the Office. Commander-in-Chief of the Ebenezer Armed Forces (EAF) is a position vested in the High King. Although with such authority, the High King rarely interfere with state affairs unless it contradicts with the Constitution and compromise on the people's wellbeing.

The six members of the King's Table are addressed as "His/Her Majesty King/Queen" while the High King addressed as "His/Her Imperial Majesty The High King/Queen".

In their capacity similar to that of a Board of Directors in safeguarding the Constitution, provide counsel to the government, and unify the people. To facilitate this vision and keeping the government in check, independent commissions been established under the purview of the King's Table:

2. The Chancellor of the Ebenezer (CotE) is the head of government of the Ebenezer elected by High King. By convention, this office is held by the elected WA Delegate addressed as "His/Her Excellency Chancellor". The Chancellor leads the executive branch of the regional government of the Ebenezer. Long-standing constitutional convention has granted de facto executive authority, along with the support of the Cabinet makes the key decisions on the use of the armed forces (EAF). The High King, however, remains the "ultimate authority" of the military, with officers and personnel swearing allegiance only to the Head of State.

Article III of the Ebenezer Constitution vests the executive power of the Ebenezer in the Chancellor with consent from the High King. The power includes execution of regional law, alongside the responsibility of appointing regional executive, diplomatic, regulatory and judicial officers, and concluding treaties with foreign powers with the advice and consent of the Congress. The Chancellor also directs the foreign and domestic policy of the Ebenezer.

3. The Speaker of the House's official role is to moderate debate, make rulings on procedure, announce the results of votes, and the like. The Speaker leads the legislative branch of the regional government of Ebenezer by which decides who may speak and has the powers to discipline members who break the procedures of the chamber or house. The speaker often also represents the body in person, as the voice of the body in ceremonial and some other situations. By convention, Mr. Speaker is the moderator of all proceedings with the King's Table in his/her capacity as the Chief of Staff of the council.

4. The Chief Justice leads the judicial branch of the regional government of the Ebenezer, acting as the chief judge of the Supreme Court of the Ebenezer. The Chief Justice is one of nine Supreme Court justices; the other eight have the title Associate Justice.

5. The Minister of Foreign Affairs is a senior official of the regional government of the Ebenezer heading the Department of State, principally concerned with foreign policy and is considered to be the government's equivalent of a Secretary of State. The Minister of Foreign Affairs is appointed by the Chancellor of the Ebenezer and is confirmed by the Congress.

6. The Minister of Defence and Homeland Security is the head of the Department of Defence and Department of Homeland Security, the body concerned with protecting the Ebenezer and the safety of its citizens. The roles include Coast Guard, the Regional Protective Service, Customs and Border Protection, Border Patrol, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Secret Service, and the Ebenezer Emergency Management Agency (EEMA).

The Minister of Communications and Information is the head of the Department of Communications and Information tasked with providing all-source information support to Ebenezer diplomats and analyzing intelligence, recruiting nations to the region. The Department of Communications and Information is part of the Ebenezer Intelligence Community. The current number of employees and its budget are classified.
